Vessel Details Page Overview

The vessel details page contains multiple tabs, each displaying a specific type of information about the selected vessel.

Vessel List and Details:

  • The vessel list appears on the left-hand side.
  • Click any vessel to view its current position and key details.
  • Select Full Details to access more comprehensive information, including:
    • Latest Data
    • Details
    • Tracking & SSAS
    • AMVER
    • Routes
    • Voyages
    • Submissions
    • Emissions

Latest Data

Displays the latest data of the vessel based on the latest positional report received. The data is reflect on several data cards such as:

  • Latest Data - detailed data display
  • Location - map display based off the Latest Data information
  • Itinerary - View the vessel’s current voyage details, including departure and destination ports. This will only reflect based off Vessel Noon Report submissions - *Premium Feature
  • Nearest Port - Port information based on location of the vessel.

Details

  • Displays core vessel information such as IMO number, MMSI, draft, DWT, and position source.
  • To update vessel details, select Edit on the right-hand side.
    • Admin and Editor users can modify vessel information.
  • After making changes, scroll down and select Save to apply updates.

Position Reports

Below the vessel details is a section where you can view and export out positional data. You can filter by Source, Category, Date Range and Coordinate Format.


Tracking & SSAS

  • Displays the vessel’s configured SSAS terminals and tracking equipment.
  • Allows you to view and manage SSAS alert recipients.
  • To add a new contact, select New Contact at the bottom left of the page.
  • To update or remove an existing recipient, select Edit next to the contact.

Routes

  • Lists all routes created for the vessel.
  • To upload a new route, select New Route and upload a file in one of the following formats: ECDIS RTZ, CSV, TXT, RTN, RT3, or RTA.
  • Existing routes can be downloaded in RTZ, CSV, or TXT formats using the download icon.
  • Select Edit Details to modify route parameters.
  • To view the route on the map, select Display on Chart or click the view icon.

Voyages

  • Displays the vessel’s configured voyages.
  • To add port calls, select Port Calls and enter the relevant details.
  • To create a new voyage, select Define New Voyage and use your configured port calls.
  • You can assign Charter Party Criteria to voyages from this tab.
  • Select Charter Party Performance to view and download the vessel’s charter party performance report.

AMVER

  • Used to manage AMVER reporting for the vessel.
  • Select Enable AMVER to activate automatic AMVER reporting.
  • You can also configure forward reporting to other voluntary reporting schemes such as MAREP, JASREP, AUSREP, and CHILREP.
